It's official, Tate and Savannah are successfully separated during nap times only. They've always slept in the same room with their cribs next to one another in an "L" shape. They've enjoyed talking and giggling back and forth to one another. Then, a little horse play began before their naps. Soon, it was excessive talking and playing for up to an hour before their naps even began. Finally, it was full blown running and jumping around in their cribs. So, I consulted my fellow mom's of multiples and they suggested separating them during nap times only. Apparently this is common. Now, they fall asleep within minutes and are getting lots of sweet dreams. Savannah likes for Tate to wake her up in the pack n' play. She could sleep the day away sometimes. Tate gets really excited when I tell him we are going to wake Savannah.
