This was the theme song the kids sang over and over on the way to the cabin. This cabin trip was filled with lots of snow. It snowed everyday and the temperatures were well below freezing at times. Fortunately, it did not stop any of us from having fun. The kids decided to take ski school. We left it up to them. Although, Savannah originally declined, she couldn't resist getting a special lift ticket. Chad and I were beyond thrilled that they both loved it. They skied at the ski valley and in front of the cabin for fun. We are excited for many future family ski trips. Chad used this trip as a warm-up for his annual men's ski trip coming up. They go to a new ski mountain every year. Other than skiing, we enjoyed sledding, snowballs, relaxing and spending time together. Tate is very interested in everything it takes to open and close the cabin, start and stoke the fire, and prepare for snow storms. We think he'll be an expert by the time he is 5! Savannah could not stop grinning during ski school. She was thrilled her ski coach was a girl and held her hand until she was ready to go solo. Be prepared for picture overload.

There's nothing cuter than little kids on skis! I think we are going to try it with C&J next year and see how it goes.
